Our food concept is “well-travelled”, which means that whilst the food we use is local and seasonal, we take influence from our travels and combine international flavours to create dishes with bold, interesting flavours.
Our menus are designed with an emphasis on small plates designed for sharing. This dining concept lets the guests choose from a great variety of small plates enabling them to maximise their dining experience by trying a number of dishes rather than the traditional starter/main concept.

Open to follow us in our vision of changing menu with focus on seasonality & sane eating
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, processes and food production
Working side to side with our head chef
Organising the mise en place for the daily menu and for the daily in house catering events
Pre daily lunch plates and creative presentation
Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Effective communication skills & team player
A hands-on approach
Experienced with a positive attitude & creative mindset
